PreNatal Yoga

This yoga class will help you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for the sacred gift of motherhood. We combine hatha, yin, vinyasa and kundalini prenatal yoga practices along with kundalini meditations and mantras specifically for pregnant women. Open to mothers and postnatal women.

Recommended but not required to bring your own small blanket, yoga block, water and a small hand towel. Class is done barefoot and you must bring your own mat and pillow

Baby Wearing Yoga Fusion 

Tone body, calm mind and happy baby. This class combines prenatal yoga & pilates conditioning with barre fitness for a low impact strengthening and toning workout. Feeding & diaper changing is welcome. Open to expecting mothers, mothers wearing children (birth to pre-crawlers) and postnatal women.

Bring a comfortable carrier for you and baby as this is a baby wearing friendly class. Barefoot, socks with grips or ballet shoes are recommended in studio but not required. Mat, water and a small hand towel recommended.
